Earthy inspired design is one of the hottest trends for 2025, and introducing tactile, natural elements is one of the easiest ways to create an on-trend and cosy interior.

I’ve had a bit of a thing for rattan and woven elements for a few years now, and the good news is, there’s no sign of any of it going out of fashion anytime soon.

Plus, whether you have a strictly neutral colour scheme, love coastal design, earthy elements or you’re just a maximalist at heart, a good woven element can really help to pull a scheme together, bringing natural warmth and grounding your scheme.

Here are 9 woven buys that we are loving right now.

There is honestly so much good stuff out there at the moment! It goes without saying that every interior can benefit from a good rattan dish or basket, I am obsessed with this circular rattan basket from Mango Home (very similar style to Zara Home, would definitely recommend checking out for affordable decor pieces). I find whether it’s a large basket for hiding kids toys in, or just something a bit smaller like this to display on a console table, that it’s the perfect combination of warmth and a tactile feel.

For a mirror with a difference, don’t be pigeon holed by the standard black, white or brass frames, this naturally woven mirror from Habitat is beautiful, it will elevate any wall, be it in a hallway or above a console table as styled below.

It’s always nice to bring in a little bit of a jute texture with a cushion, balance with a block coloured cushion or a dainty print to create a harmonious balance between the prints.

There’s some lovely pieces for the kitchen too, these rattan tumblers come as a set of two and are just ideal for summer garden parties or bringing some natural texture to your dining table, all year round.
