I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I’ve recently been diagnosed with asthma, after feeling unwell for quite a while and the last week has been such a struggle, so I was happy that this weekend I at least managed to get out and get some outfit pictures for the blog. Even if the rest of my weekend was a super lazy one, I think we sometimes need a bit of time out to do nothing when our lives can get so busy, huh?
I’ve been meaning to shoot this shirt and mules for quite sometime, I mean how could I not share these beauties with you? Total dreamboat shoes.
I spotted this H&M shirt as a long sleeved version in the winter and I was gutted that I hadn’t picked it up, so when I realised they were doing a sleeveless version I knew it had to be mine. The collar/pattern/style is all but perfect, I also feel like a Victorian housewife wearing it, especially teamed with a halo braid! It’s definitely not everyone’s cuppa tea but I think it suits my style down to a tee.
With fairly muted tones throughout the outfit, my barbie pink mules from Office add the nicest pop of colour to the outfit. I have wanted mules for as long as can remember, but my fear of not being able to walk in them put me off. They’re actually incredibly easy to walk in and I never think they’re going to slip off my feet, but just look at them, they’re probably the most gorgeous pair of shoes I own (after my Dune glittery brogues ofc)!
I’m obviously going to be wearing them with every single outfit going forward, even if they don’t go, because they’re still cute though, right?
What do you think of this outfit? Are you a fan of mules? Do you like this style of shirt?
