Don’t get me wrong I have absolutely loved the hot weather we have had this year, but I am far too bored of summery clothes now.

I’m never happy, I moan about wearing layers throughout the winter then I get bored at the first signs of heat, I’m definitely British! Anyway, I can’t be the only one crying out for the stores to drop their autumn ranges now?!

Because of this I’ve stopped buying anything remotely summery, so I’m re-wearing my most loved items and mixing and matching. I’m trying to make a conscious effort to wear things a lot more rather than dropping everything and heading to the shops for the latest trends when they come out. It’s working progress, OK?

These pleated shorts have been one of the most worn items this summer and for good reason! Mint is such a lovely colour and I’ve also paired it with a similar coloured bag which I won from a giveaway a few months ago! The palm tree print top was only from Primark and around £6 I think, I really have found some good finds in that shop this year! Depending on the weather there might just be a few more summer looks to come, roll on layers, big cosy jumpers and chunky heels!

Aside from the candles, countdown to Christmas and hot chocolates, the clothing really helps to make the Autumn season one of the best!

I hope you’re all having a lovely weekend and the weather isn’t too bad wherever you are! What do you think of this outfit? Are you bored of summer clothes now too?
